This drama/crime/mystery series is “A modern take on the cases of Sherlock Holmes, with the detective now living in New York City.” The show stars Jonny Lee Miller, Lucy Liu, Aidan Quinn, and Jon Michael Hill.

This drama/thriller is scheduled for release in September 2013. The summary from IMDB: “A down-on-his-luck former boxing champ is forced to make a choice between honor and ambition when he is framed for murder.”

Brokers tell us that there’s less than 15 units on the market, a very low inventory. According to Streeteasy, there are 18 listings (several of these may be pending, which may be the difference between the number we were given), with a median price of $1,119,500, median size of 1,191 ft² (median price per ft²: $875).
This 57 Front Street unit was on the market back in November 2010 for $1.4million and January 2008 for $1.795million. NYC records didn’t indicate a sale in 2010 or 2008.

Filming in Dumbo Brooklyn on Friday, December 7, 2012 along Front Street is Winter’s Tale. They filmed previously in Dumbo on November 9, the 15th and December 4.
Winter’s Tale is “a fantasy story set in 19th Century and present-day Manhattan and revolves around a thief, a dying girl, and a flying white horse” and stars Matt Bomer, Will Smith, Russell Crowe, Colin Farrell, and Jennifer Connelly.
Also, something was filming in Dumbo today (Thu, December 6, 2012) on Adams Street, but no project name was given.

We walked by the new NOS Boutique location at 81 Front Street today to see that the doors have opened. The new 3,200 square foot space has been redesigned for the men’s and women’s clothing, shoes, and accessory items, and they are putting on the final touches.
The space previously occupied by NOS Women has been cleared and is being prepped for the Pinkberry location.
