Rentenna, the apartment finding website that helps you find rental apartments by way of a score, published their winter 2014 Brooklyn Apartment Rental Prices Heatmap. Dumbo is listed as the most expensive neighborhood in Brooklyn, followed by Williamsburg and Brooklyn Heights.

Median rent in Dumbo for one bedrooms are $3,650 and two bedrooms for $5,000.
Brooklyn Heights one and two bedrooms are $3,100 and $4,350.
Williamsburg one and two bedrooms are $3,195 and $4,050.
