New York Post features Sports Illustrated cover model and Dumbo resident Brooklyn Decker in the latest issue of Page Six magazine. According to the article, “She and Andy bought a condo there in January, and she has quickly fallen in love with the fashionably quirky cobbled neighborhood and its environs.” She says “You have Manhattan living, but you still get the neighborhood feel” in Dumbo. While some supermodels are ‘not accessible’, Ms. Decker seems down to earth and an all American nice girl. Brooklyn Borough President (and uber Brooklyn marketer) Marty Markowitz even got a photo opp with Ms. Decker. She is married to tennis star Andy Roddick.
