Four months ago, we highlighted One Glass Productions call for Dumbo artists and businesses to be featured of their Dumbo documentary. They’ve just released their launch of the first docu-series about Dumbo.

I’m really excited to announce the launch of our Under the Bridges website. Valery and I over at One Glass Productions have been working ridiculously hard creating the first-ever television docu-series about DUMBO, NYC.

“Under the Bridges” profiles area artists and creative businesses who exceed expectations for environmentally sustainable practices and community involvement. The goal is to increase awareness of outstanding individuals and businesses within the DUMBO community, while also emphasizing the importance of social responsibility in urban settings– all in the form of entertainment.

In October, we will be releasing the pilot episode of “Under the Bridges” to the world in a screening celebration. The event will also show the work of local filmmakers, followed by a catered reception with live music. We are seeking volunteers, film submissions, musicians, a screening venue, catering services, and any other tax-deductible donations to make this event possible (details available on the Under the Bridges website).
