- B Line unit (Photos are stock; one bedroom is interior – floorplan PDF)

I don’t know what 2b was going for but I know for a fact (as I was very close to buying 4c) that the 2 bed / 2 baths were going for aprox 740k during construction.

The 70 Washington listing doesn’t list the unit number, but this line (B) was offered between 850k – 1.05million by the sponsor depending on what floor it’s on.

i dont think that 70 Wash listing is an exclusive. Two Trees used to allow all brokers to advertise the availabilities…

Re: the Vista listing. I don’t think it’s for 2b. If you look at the realtor’s webpage it lists the apartment as 6b which would command a higher price. This price, I don’t know, but it does come with parking….

Advertising fraudulent listings is common practice with small usually non-REBNY agents. One notorious, self-proclaimed “DUMBO specialist”, has littered Craig’s List with her fake listings. This particular agent loves to mix photographs from different buildings.
