- CIRCLE DANCE WORKSHOPS AND PERFORMANCES UNDER THE BROOKLYN BRIDGE
Location: Tobacco Warehouse in the Empire-Fulton Ferry State Park section of Brooklyn Bridge Park
Time: 2-5pm7 dance traditions taught throughout the afternoon and 3 solo performances by Folk Feet master artists of traditional dance, highlight circular movement and shapes.A celebration of traditional circle dances from around the globe, featuring performances and participatory circle dances lessons. Circle dance, one of the oldest dance forms, continues to thrive in a wide range of cultures and communities, many of them right here in Brooklyn.
