(down under the manhattan bridge overpass) is as it’s acronym suggests. regardless of the interpretations of developers (some calling tillary dumbo), the dumbo of lore, rather than developers interests, consists of about 5 buildings under the manhattan bridge overpass on the waterfront. 135 plymouth, 155 water, 81 pearl, 57 front, 68 jay. vinegar hill is vinegar hill and fulton ferry is fulton ferry.

oh yes, and yet further as far as 81 pearl goes, i was in fact referring to the building on pearl and plymouth. you do get my point though.
