Jimmy McMillan, of The Rent Is Too Damn High Party was in Dumbo. Maybe he was shocked at how high rentals in Dumbo are now. According to Streeteasy, the average one bedroom rentals in Dumbo are $3,050, two bedrooms are $6,500, and three bedrooms are $12,650:
