Treat your tastebuds at the Brooklyn Greenway Initiative’s 12th annual summer benefit party, Brooklyn Waterfront Tastes.

The mouthwatering event will feature a carefully curated brunch menu packed with unlimited tastings from celebrated local restaurants, including samplings from borough eateries The Meatball Shop, Black Swan, Beast of Bourbon, The Hop Shop, AWOL Eatery, Brooklyn Gin, Grady’s Home Brew, Montana’s Trailhouse, MP Taverna and more vendors, many yet to be announced. For a full list of vendors see Brooklyn Waterfront Tastes online event page.

The festive brunch event will take place for the first time in Sunset Park, at maker haven Industry City’s waterfront courtyard from 1 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, June 5.

The location, a longtime go-to spot for borough foodies, hosts the indoor Smorgasburg and Brooklyn Flea throughout the winter. It is especially meaningful to the Brooklyn Greenway Initiative, as the landscaped, open-air area is adjacent to a future section of the in-the-works Brooklyn Waterfront Greenway.

Once complete, the Brooklyn Waterfront Greenway, which includes 23 NYC Department of Transportation capital projects, will span 14 miles of the borough from Greenpoint to Bay Ridge. So far, six of those miles are open to the public.

General admission tickets to the event cost $125, and child tickets are $25. VIP tickets, which include one-hour early access, cost $225 and are available for purchase online. There are also host sponsor tickets available for $1,000 and up. Children under 3 are free.

The event will take place on 2nd Avenue between 36th and 37th streets.
