  • It is a commercial building that can be subdivided for one-to-three tenants. There is access at the eastern end of the building to a roof deck. The design still has not been calendared for review by the Landmarks Preservation Commission.

  • Hideous. And his basement will flood in the next big storm, so a useless hulk will stand on the site over time. The residents of the building next door will be subject to peeping toms day and night. This is a poorly thought out and craven attempt to cash in on the neighborhood’s popularity at the expense of the people who live there and have lived there for decades. Stop this in its tracks!

  • It is on the LPC calendar for July 8th. Among other negatives, the owner has chosen to ignore the easement in place for the units next door at 7 Everit Street.
