Pierhouse, the 108 apartment unit development at Pier 1 of Brooklyn Bridge Park released their new website and three new floorplans this week for sale:
- Residence N-115, 3 Bed, 2.5 Bath, 2511sf ($1334/sf), $3,350,000
- Residence N-206, 1 Bed, 1.5 Bath, 1792sf ($1450/sf), $2,600,000
- Residence N-534, 1 Bed, 1.5 Bath, 999sf ($1051/sf), $1,050,000
As expected, the condos are priced over $1000 per square feet. Based on recent recorded sales in Dumbo, the Pierhouse asking is within the market range. (Pierhouse is technically in Brooklyn Heights.) Toll House representatives tell us that the interest has been “overwhelming”.
