1 John Street, the 12 story, 42 condo unit residential building of Alloy Development and Monadnock Construction in Dumbo reveals two bedrooms will start at $2,000,000, three bedrooms at $3,000,000 and four bedrooms at $3,500,000, Brownstoner reports.

The NYC Department of Buildings application reveals a total of 117,648 sq.ft of residential, 3,000 sq.ft. of commercial and 2,551 sq.ft. of community area.

Pricing is in a similar range as Pierhouse, another new condo development on Brooklyn Bridge Park.
