TRD and Commercial Observer need to take a closer look at the neighborhood map. The Jay St building is in the Dumbo Historic District, not in Vinegar Hill as they both mention.

Yes I was also confused by the mention of big box retailers coming to the jay st building. Anyone have clarification on what’s going on there? To be fair, the articles were quoting the Massey Knakal broker who was merely suggesting it could house those retailers, not necessarily that there was a plan to do so.

Also, I would think Dumbo is too small a market to attract a Whole Foods.
