The creators of 192 Water Street are welcoming the neighborhood to preview the loft spaces and enjoy some light fare on Thursday 6/9 at the building. Dumbo-based developer Alloy Development with partner Hamlin Ventures wanted to offer local residents the opportunity to check out the space before launching publically. Check
