If you missed out on bidding for that $25million Clocktower penthouse, the most expensive Brooklyn listing, that is now under negotiation, there’s a Sweeney building condo that just came on the market today (no photos yet, but is coming, say the brokers) that’s currently the most expensive listing in Dumbo.

The listing mentions that it’s currently two units together, that may include an architect plan to combine the units. Combined, there are 34 huge windows and has “full protected views of the East River and Manhattan skyline”. Once photos are online, we’ll post them up. It’s a huge space, but the buyer will probably want to do some work before they can move in. Not sure if it can go as quickly as the nearly $4million move-in-now-condition condo at 70 Washington that sold in 4 weeks, but there’s definitely potential for someone to make this a great home.
