Curbed and The L Magazine noted yesterday that the artist known as Finley is treating ordinary things, like dumpsters, with wallpaper. She calls this “polite graffti” and will be the best looking dumpsters in NYC. These are located at 25 Jay Street and when we stopped by, they were about half done.
