Just a quick comment on the 70 Wash 7L apt sale. That should be reduced further. 1 bedroom? Home office is equivalent to a WIC, let's get serious. Entirely too over-priced, and not to mention Halstead (and esp the broker on that deal) is a joke. They've been trying to command Manhattan prices on those apartments for a while now…and not many are budging at all.
