1) This Sunday only (May 17), the Brooklyn Flea will take place in The Archway under the Manhattan Bridge. Per Brownstoner:

“Actually, “The Arch” is a glorious new public space that we’re hoping to help activate via the presence of thousands of Fleasters. A 65-foot-high tunnel through the Manhattan Bridge from Adams to Pearl Street, The Arch will feature about 35 of our finest vendors: vintage/antiques, jewelry, clothes, Halcyon DJs, a few nibbles (that raw-chocolate ice cream is back), and ole Flea magic.”

2) Also the New York Photo Festival is happening all weekend (see previous post about it).

3) Egg Baby is having their Spring Sample Sale at 68 Jay Street at Front Street. (through Memorial Day, Monday, May 25, Mon-Sat 10am-7pm, Sun 11am-6pm).
