Dumbo The Fashion Mecca

Both the NY Times and The Brooklyn Paper came out with articles about Dumbo’s fashion boutiques. Zoe (and Almondine Bakery) gets ink from NY Times for its high end clothing and handbags (the Chloé bag for $2000).

The Brooklyn Paper makes mention that a “striking number of stores are selling clothes for the bohemian artist and million-dollar condo-dweller alike.” Listed there are Stewart/Stand, Indigo Handloom, Blueberi, Loopy Mango, and Zoe.

  • I think to be a bit more accurate the sentence could read: “After seeing the NYT article (like the rest of us)on Dumbo stores, The Brooklyn Paper decided to do their own.”

Just sayin because the apple doesn’t always fall from the tree each week.
