Just remember Mr spikelee you wouldn’t be here except for the fact that Walentas and his ilk spawned this stupid neighborhood. Unless you have lived here for more than 10 years (let’s say) you are part of the problem not the solution. As long as lemmings like yourself continue to fill the dumpo crapper there will be pressure to build more J Starships if not by Walentass, some other scumbag with a 30 story hard on. Alan, I don’t want to bring your mom and sisters back but seriously does someone have the right to say, “Okay, I moved in, now stop all the building, I don’t want to lose the charm I paid so dearly for”. If it is beneficial to the city as a whole then they should let Walentass build his tower. I think we agree there is a shortage of housing in NYC.
