11th Annual Dumbo Art Under the Bridge Festival

Dumbo Arts Center’s Dumbo Art Under the Bridge Festival™ will take place this weekend from September 28 – 30, 2007 in Dumbo, Brooklyn. Over 150,000 people are expected to attend this art fest, which will feature 60 new art works scattered throughout the neighborhood while 158 private studios will be open to the public. Exhibitions will run in sixteen different venues. “The event is the single largest urban forum for experimental art in the United States that transforms the distinctive waterfront neighborhood into a multi-sensory public art arena.” Like the BKLYN Design show, this year’s theme will be green, with use of recycled materials and eco-conscious art.
