We posted about The Vista’s TCO below, (from yesterday’s Vista TCO approval), but J Condo received their TCO last week. Looks like both buildings are close to being occupied. J Condo closing dates start on May 16th, according to a contract holder who emailed in.

133 Water also received it’s TCO a few weeks ago. The rental listings on aptsandlofts indicate that occupancy may start mid-May. Along with Beacon Tower, it’s interesting how the residents of these various buildings will all be moving to DUMBO within a relatively short time-frame. I had previously expected that it would be more of a trickle or new residents, not a stampede.

DD, you didn’t look at page 2. It includes, the common area’s and all units thru floor 8 (technically floor 9).
