I heard from a Corcoran broker that this building has been stalled for quite a while and the developer got into some trouble for claiming large areas of storage that were actually useable space. I believe this is the same developer who brought us the Bowery Hotel.

This is a Guttman building, right? Last I heard, the property was still zoned commercial and thus could not be condos.
