A note from Alice:
I hope all who read this are safe, warm, and dry. While we all continue to weather the aftermath of Sandy, recover from a frenzied election year, and gear up for the dreaded Nor’easter, all moms and dads must continue to endure the emotionally stormy job of raising kids.
And so, a reminder that this Saturday November 10th, I will be doing a Parenting Talk entitled, “Playdate Politics and Peer Smarts” on social issues and other aspects of quirky kid personality. ALL PROCEEDS WILL BE DONATED TO A YET TO BE DETERMINED SANDY RELIEF ORGANIZATION. We will determined which organization(s) with the help of Talk participants. Please, please, spread the word.
