The Dock Street Dumbo construction site (aka 60 Water Street) is now a dirt mound. The buildings were demolished in July to prepare for the 18 story development.

All for progress but 2Trees has treated the tenants that pay very high rents like total crap during this demolition and quite sure it will continue for the next few years of development.
Looking forward to the NY times and WS Journal interviews (stories).
These are the most poorly managed buildings in BKLYN.
