    Median sale price doesn’t tell you much because you have no idea what type of properties were on the market in Q2. Example, West Village is undeniably more expensive than Flatiron but inventory turnover is probably lower, especially with the pricer/nice apartments.

    RE stats are slippery. Be interesting to see something that is calculated by foot rather than unit.
