Brooklyn Hip Hop Festival needs cash. Heres an idea. Have it somewhere you can afford to that actually wants it in their neihgborhood. Or have said Rappers take a pay cut and take one for the team for their fans. the Legendary Busta Rhymes is scheduled to perform. Doesnt he live in the neighborhood? Maybe he can donate his time to save asking fans for another measly 15k. Im sure his fee is quite a bit more than that.
