The rental market in Dumbo remains brisk, as noted in January, but since then, a new rental building came on the market (25 Washington Street) and 220 Water Street will be a rental opening in January 2012. We’re still hearing from realtors that there are a limited number of larger units with 2 (with home office) or 3 bedrooms.
