Can anyone figure out why there has been no mention in any of the neighborhood blogs about David Walentas, our supposed “benevolent dictator” and his $150K settlement to a disgruntled buyer who realized DW and 2 Trees had basically lied about the square footage his apartment actually had? Aren’t these blogs supposed to supply interesting news about the neighborhood? 2 Trees’ advertisements have anything to do with this “oversight”, you think?

Click on the web site and you’ll see they have 4 locations you moron, least of which is in Dumbo. If you wanted to sell high end what would you call yourself? Oh wait I forgot where I am.

I read about that in the Times and several of the Brooklyn rags-actually was kind of nice not to see it dragged out in here too. I read this because it’s Dumbo specific – hope it stays that way….
