Car Fire on Brooklyn Bridge

Today, Sunday at 4:20pm, there was a Manhattan bound car on fire on the Brooklyn Bridge, reports Peter Hyman on his blog. Traffic was stopped for a while and looked like some cars were tired of waiting and attempted to turn back to get off the bridge. Did anyone happen to see it?

YEAH LADIES AND GENTLEMEN THIS WAS MY TRUCK THAT CAUGHT ON FIRE. THE TRUCK WAS A 1997 CHEVY TAHOE. I WAS HAVING A PROBLEM WITH THE TRANAMISSION AND THOUGHT I WOULD BE ABLE TO THE TRUCK HOME TO UPSTATE TROY NEW YORK. WHILE I WAS ENTERING THE BRIDGE TO GO HOME THE TRUCK JUST STOPPED AND STARTED SMOKING. THE NEXT IS JUST PLAIN COMMON SENSE. WELL ITS ALL GOOD BECAUSE THREE WEEKS LATER I PURCHASED A 03 YUKON XL.
