Hi,
Can anyone please help me? A friend of mine and I are visiting a friend in NYC (she lives in Queens) and we want to explore the DUMBO area. I have heard a lot about the Brooklyn Ice cream Factory, however, I am more interested in spending a couple of hours at the pier. Can we hang out there without having to buy the ice cream? This trip will be in May-June.
