No mention of another restaurant in the NYT article on VH house.

Are you high. It's the people from that donut shop “Choice” the article talks about. Really apples and oranges.

Either I am, or the person who posted the link. Choice will be in DUMBO, Vinegar Hill House is in, as the name suggests, Vinegar Hill.
That's like saying:
The River Cafe will be joined by a new Restaurant.
The new Tavern On the green will be joined by a new Restaurant.

There is supposed to be a new place opening right next door to Vinegar Hill House. It has been under construction for some time.
