New Co-Exclusive Listing for 1 Main Street PH

The publicity power of Two Trees Management has gotten recent articles in the NY Times interview with David Walentas, NY Post’s article about the Clocktower PH, among others. The NY Post writes that Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Raphael De Niro is the new co-exclusive listing agent for Walentas’ $25 million and that celebrities such as Jay-Z and Ralph Lauren have taken a look at the 7,000 sq.ft. $25 million triplex in Dumbo. The NY Times interview quotes Mr. Walentas “I’m close to selling it. We’re showing it. It’s not sold, no.” The new Douglas Elliman listing has some beautiful photos (see below) by photographer Evan Joseph. Click on each photo for a larger version:

Why in the listing is there no mention of the building, the neighborhood, the waterfront, park, etc.? Do I detect Raphael apologizing for this not being in Tribeca?

good point, but I suppose they're emphasizing the interior space. Or maybe thinking that there's no need to go out much if you live in this huge condo. If you're Jay-Z, how often can you go out and not be mobbed with fans?

Why not even a video on the listing page for this? For something so expensive I'd expect more marketing for it and strategy then just the PR it has been receiving. Maybe even “name it” and give it a URL. Come on get creative guys. It takes some good strategy to push multimillion dollar homes these days. This feels stale, and really when I look at the kitchen, what's the big deal? But in some layout options in here or let people use Sketchup or Architecture simulation software to place furniture and play with it – it doesn't cost anything. And i agree with the other comments – sell the hood. Anyone dropping that cash cares about the area and who/what is around them.

“Anyone dropping that cash cares about the area and who/what is around them.” You can't be serious, anybody with that kind of scratch has a car and driver idling at the front door to take them to Midtown or their private jet. I don't think they're too worried about the price of pumpkins at Peas and Pickles or the market for green office space.
