There are plenty of young families in our building, and yelling and other drunken behavior out front of a restaurant, which happens even now, since this location has been rented out for parties, is not acceptable. It is a crowd the fears change. If a more active, engaged, younger crowd showed up and provided their feedback, things might be less stodgy around here. But alas, as I learned, the damn things are boring and inconvenient. And the people who show up regularly tend to run the show. Every time I've I attended one I've left frustrated and defeated.
