		<description>It is also worth noting that the owner of the three attached buildings at 11-15 Old Fulton Street is currently under investigation by the Landmarks Protection Commission for possible &quot;Demolition by Neglect&quot;.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;What that means, in layman&#039;s terms, is that the LPC is investigating whether the owner, by neglecting to upkeep the building, is attempting to let the building get to such a point of deterioration that it would have to be demolished, which would then enable the owner to build a new building without having to deal with Landmark Protection restrictions on how renovations to the existing building would have to be conducted.</description>
