25 Washington Street is not becoming condos. It is high price rentals. No market for sales right now. When the time strikes those high price renters will get short notice and condos will be sold!

Are you implying that these high priced renters will be additional victims of the Walentas Shredder? I think not. More than likely these renters will be buying their “cold water flats” at the insider price when the market turns and the Walentas' need some walking around money. LOL
