		<description>With apologies to whomever but I think &quot;history is repeating itself&quot;, under the arch. I have noticed at least 2 different bums camping out on one side of the center area. Their &quot;village&quot; seems to require them to defecate at one end and sleep/eat at the other. Passing water can be done only on the benches that are &quot;cupped&quot; thus keeping interlopers from sitting too close. Who am I to criticize alternative social norms.&lt;br&gt;Anyway the point is I think we&#039;ll discover why that arch was originally closed up. the novelty has worn off and Winter is approaching.&lt;br&gt;Sincerely,&lt;br&gt;loose stool&lt;br&gt;</description>
