		<description>while i&#039;m all about fixing the belgain blocks, the city has this horrible policy of fixing pot holes by dumping asphalt gravel &amp; tar into them which just makes the issue that much worse as it only stays for a month or so and then we&#039;re left w/ a mix of blocks &amp; gravel.  sure looks like they&#039;re just fixing the blocks btwn tar jobs in that photo.  Has anyone tried to drive up Plymouth St btwn Bridge &amp; Jay recently?  its a freaking disaster...  $10 bucks says they&#039;ll spend $20mm on this major fix only to throw some gravel @ it the second the blocks shift.  although they do look nice, who would have thought it&#039;d be ok to have large trucks running over 19th century paving technology.  they are just throwing this $$ down the drain...</description>
