If you were around Dumbo this weekend, you probably saw a dozen model shoots, wedding photographers (was there a wedding meet-up in Dumbo this weekend?), and filmings. The weather certainly helped, and Dumbo is known for its photography studios, galleries, and is known as the “Photo District”. Speaking of photos, The annual New York Photo Festival 2009 is coming up soon in Dumbo (May 13-17, 2009). There will be lots of great programming and events. We’ll be posting more info about it soon.
