		<description>Yes, but the dock street people will not like that.

They want the &#039;Magic Tower&#039; because it is the only way they say they can get a school, so they claim. The Magic Tower will be filled to the brim, it&#039;s &#039;Magic&#039;, people will come and pay the rent with beans. Even though the economy is in the tank, the Magic Tower will produce construction jobs long after it is built. It will be affordable, beans are cheap you know. Can&#039;t stop progress, soon, if the emperor gets his way, we will have Magic towers everywhere! We will get a Magic stadium, Magic Concert arena, and the real magic will come when we have kids with arms growing out of their heads when the Magic Complex will be built in Love, I mean Gowanus Canal. 



But yeah, you propose a better solution. This &#039;build&#039; mentality is an addiction. Come September and November, remember the Magicians who are bringing us all the magic.</description>
