		<description>Letting corporations decide our civic development of parks and schools is pretty hazardous, they&#039;ll trash plans just because it doesn&#039;t meet their short-term profit targets regardless of the community&#039;s long-term needs. Sometimes it works in our favor, e.g. Atlantic Yards. But I think in this case, we could get stuck with a half-finished urban renewal project. Government plans may be inefficient and costly but they are an investment in ourselves not in some CEO&#039;s salary.</description>
