    The 84 Front St apartments also come with storage units in the basement that are like 50sf… extremely useful… i don’t know if the other buildings have storage units for each apartment.

    (I already sold mine and bought another one so I have no interest in this I’m just saying that an extra storage unit that is deeded real estate should be factored into the price)

    I’ve heard that the 84 Front Street condo is rumored to be owned by Kanye West as an investment. anyone at 84 Front confirm this?

    unless kanye is strapped for cash, which i doubt, this seems like a bad choice of timing for unloading an investment property.
