David Suro-Pinera, Founder and President of Siembra Azul and one of the country’s leading tequila experts, will be hosting a seminar delineating the finer points of one of the world’s most complex spirits. Paired with special cuisine by Chef Danny Mena, participants will be tasting a range of 100% agave tequilas and learn everything from the history and culture of the spirit, to how agriculture, geography, terroir, and the various distillation and aging processes give each tequila its unique and inimitable character.
