		<description>Doesn&#039;t Acconci still have his studio on 20 Jay Street? He is probably the most famous artist in Dumbo. While Dumbo has changed, many of the artists who have been here forever have risen over time as well. Acconci can probably handle the higher rent... 

Just as there are still artists in SOHO (Chuck Close, etc.), the issue isn&#039;t merely retaining artists in expensive areas. Successful artists can afford the changes. The issue is being able to welcome new ones fresh out of art school.</description>
