Filming Wed: Gossip Girl

Gossip Girl will be filming in Dumbo on Wednesday, October 8, 2008 between 8am-11pm on the following streets:
- Front Street between York and Adams Streets
- Water Street between Main and New Dock Streets
- Old Dock Street
If you are parked on any of these streets, reminder to move your car. Will there be a Dan and Jenny Humphrey sighting, where they’re supposed Brooklyn loft is located? Or will Serena and Blair show up to visit the Humphrey loft? If anyone gets any photos, please email us.

Can someone get a picture of the parking rebate checks that the residents of DUMBO should be getting from these damn studios who take up half the neighborhood parking all day and night?!

This No Parking nonsense due to filming has got to stop. I parked legally, went out of town on business for a few days and when I got back my car was gone. ‘Relocated’ to a ‘No Standing’ zone and then towed. It was a nighmare getting it from the Navy Yard and I had to shell out $205 to get it back. Spent all Sunday afternoon at the Navy Yard and a good chunk of the evening putting together my package to NYC Finance to fight the ticket/tow. I don’t even watch Gossip Girl.
