Where have all the panhandlers gone? It’s like they disappeared overnight. I’m frustrated because I have nothing to complain about anymore.

I had a Smokey sighting this past weekend and Monday. Cracky seemes to be on sabbatical. Maybe Florida? Also saw the tall thin black guy on Tuesday.
