Any Studios in Dumbo for Less Than $2k?

An email from a reader we received yesterday:
Love Dumbo and want to rent or sublease a studio apartment in the fall/winter. I’ve been scouring Craigslist for studios under $2000 per month. Are there no more rentals in that range in Dumbo?
We’ve received several emails similar to this in recent weeks. A look on Craigslist and other realtor sites did not find anything for under $2000. According to StreetEasy.com, rentals in Dumbo range from $15,500 per month (at 1 Main) to $2100. Sub-$2000 rentals look to be all but gone in Dumbo.
