Here’s a newly posted FSBO listing at 84 Front Street #4D (aka The Nexus) with its own website. The 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 729 sqft condo is asking $635,000 ($871 per sqft) with $518/mo maintenance charges and $27/mo tax. This has got to be the neatest, cleanest, most organized condo ever (check out the wiring job in the closet in the detail photo page. We wish all listings would have detailed photos like this.)     love this place! perfect location and great building. it's rare to find a unit that is kept in such great shape. that is very valuable.

    the unit 1 floor above is slightly larger and has a balcony. same unit 2 floors above was listed for 642K and was pulled off the market after not selling i believe.

    This apartment was featured on the Smallest Coolest Tech Setups 2007 at Apartment Therapy (6 pictures and lots of commentary) and actually won third place.

    But there is a one bedroom one floor above going for $700k (listed on nytimes). $635K seems like a very appropriate price for an apartment like that.

    it's not crazy priced, but still very small for $635.000. I think it will sell for $610.000 max.
