    i suppose if you can’t sell ‘em you might as well rent ‘em. i think the 1 main & 70 wash units were just on sale not long ago, not sure about the sweeny unit. also, i believe the top 3 are represented by the same broker who has a tendency to overprice.

    People don’t pay that much for rent. I’m renting a similar sized apartment as the high end ones (2K sq ft) for less than half the price of all 3. These listings will not rent.

    Devo, I second the above question… where? I know someone who rents in 100 Jay and pays 3000 for a one bedroom on a low floor. Some people are definitely paying these prices in dumbo. Location matters.

    I rent a 2000+sqft loft in dumbo for $3500. Not a steal but is cheaper per sqft than the ones listed above.
