DUMBO Summer Celebration for Kids
Saturday, June 21, 2008 1-4pm, Pearl Street between Front and Plymouth Streets Activities include:
- Create a mural with Paint Across America incorporating recycled bike parts in the 2008 DUMBO Paint Out
- Teach Your Child to Ride class with Bike New York. (Pre-register)
- Free bike safety check up for kids ages 3 to 15 and bicycle safety skills rodeo provided by Recycle-A-Bicycle
- Free bike helmets to be given away by the NYC DOT Safety Education Division. (Note: You must have a parent/ guardian present with you at the event to sign a permission slip.)
- Fun activities with Half Pint and Modern Tots
- BoConcept Opening Celebration and Charity Event
- Dumbo Holiday Lighting Celebration 2010
- Dia de Muertos Celebration at Hecho en Dumbo
- Dumbo Holiday Lighting Celebration
- Dumbo Links Week of 22June08
- Zoe Store Celebration on Sunday
- Fireworks at Grand Army Plaza
